Solving Queens Puzzles

Find out how to solve Queens puzzles by pattern matching.

Place Queens in the grid one in each of the separately coloured  territories of the grid so that there is:

  • there is only one queen in each row
  • there is only one queen in each column
  • no two queens touch vertically, diagonally or horizontally.
