Happy birthday CS4FN!
This page accompanies our 20th anniversary birthday celebration.
You’ve probably been directed here by our TV screens in the foyer at our event on Tuesday 6th May (we hope you enjoyed it). On this page we’ve put the ‘more’ in ‘Find out more’. If you can’t find what you’re looking for please let us know on cs4fn@eecs.qmul.ac.uk.
CS4FN was created by Paul Curzon and Peter McOwan in 2005 to inspire young people with computer science stories. You can read our stories here on our blog or in our magazines.
All our magazines
You can download everything we’ve ever produced for schools here, free, as PDFs (we’ve also linked to a couple of magic books by Peter and Paul which aren’t free).
Print copies (around 20,000) are sent to subscribing UK schools (around 2,400) and home educators.
All our classroom resources
These are available from our sister project / site, Teaching London Computing. Even if you teach a subject other than computer science we probably have something for you in our mix subjects “Computing and…” interdisciplinary page (English, Art, Physics, Music, Biology…).
More to come…
